Moel Famau
More training again today to try and condition my body for another Merida Marathon. Started using High 5 4:1 that tasted really nice compared to SIS PSP. I also purchased some Banana and Mango Recovery stuff from Torq that was rather tasty although I always use less than what they seem to recommend. Although I am feeling the burn after two days of riding, hopefully I’ll get over to Cannock tomorrow to see what the trails are like there and riding new stuff will hopefully improve me technically.
